Drive System Design (DSD) is an award-winning engineering consultancy providing innovate solutions to refine future powertrains and associated technologies. Promoting system integration and optimisation across the design, development and control of transmission systems and electrified powertrains.
It is DSD's objective to continually provide high-quality products and services to our customers on time and within budget.
DSD aims to achieve this by operating a Quality Management System that has gained BS EN ISO 9001:2015 certification.
Our principal quality commitments are to:
- Through leadership commitment, establish and sustain a strong quality culture
- Ensure our customer expectations are understood and satisfied
- Comply with the requirements of all applicable legislation and best practice
- Ensure annual management review are conducted and objectives set and reviewed
- Continually improve our quality performance and monitor key internal measures and customer feedback
- Emphasize process management and increase the focus on risk-based processes
- Ensure all staff are competent and understand their role and responsibilities in relation to the role they perform and quality management
- Provide appropriate resources for the implementation of this policy
- Working with relevant interested parties/stakeholders to implement this policy
- Upholding compliance to the requirements of ISO 9001
This Quality Policy is regularly reviewed in order to ensure its continuing suitability.
This policy statement shall be made available to the general public and interested parties through the company website, and shall be communicated to all persons working on behalf of the organisation, inclusive of Visitors and Contractors.
