In the role of Technical Marketing Manager you’ll play a key role in ensuring the DSD brand stands up to task in current and new markets and regions. You’ll be responsible for evaluating the current DSD brand and devising and executing a marketing strategy to support DSD’s positioning and messaging.
As a fast-growing business with ambitious growth targets, the Technical Marketing Manager will work closely with our Business Development Team, Chief Technical Officer and Heads of Function, playing a key role in ensuring the DSD brand stands up to task in current and new markets and regions. You’ll be responsible for evaluating the current DSD brand and devising and executing a marketing strategy to support DSD’s positioning and messaging.

Responsibilities
- You’ll be responsible for devising and executing the technical marketing strategy and overseeing the promotion and marketing of the DSD brand.
- Utilizing market research and stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform brand strategy and positioning.
- Responsible for leading and facilitating the global marketing activities for the UK, US and key regions.
- Maintaining brand presence in existing markets and introducing the brand to new markets and regions.
- Manage and develop the DSD’s brand image and identity, ensuring external company communications are presented according to DSD brand and tone.
- Ensuring consistency across all marketing and company templates and documents.
- Develop and monitor budgets for brand marketing efforts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify and proactively address potential brand reputation issues.
- Responsible for powertrain marketing assets and content plan across platforms (website, flyers, social media etc).
- Co-ordination of events including conferences and webinars and associated promotion, including logistics, across the UK, US, Europe & Asia.
- Co-ordination of internal communications, working collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to develop communications campaigns to aid company objectives, promote engagement, and contribute to the positive work environment.
- Support and facilitate social media content and release as well as maintaining the DSD company website.
- Working flexibly and collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Acting as a role model for DSD’s values and professional standards.
